Working Process
1.Film loading: The packaging film is installed on the unwinding frame and fed into the main machine through the guide roller system
2.Bag making: The former folds the packaging film into a cylindrical shape, and the longitudinal sealing device performs longitudinal sealing
3.Metering: The metering device accurately weighs the material according to the set weight
4.Filling: The material falls into the packaging bag through the hopper
5.Horizontal sealing and cutting: The horizontal sealing device performs horizontal sealing and cutting to complete the production of a single packaging bag
6.Printing and counting: Simultaneously completes production date, batch number printing and finished product counting
7.Finished product output: The packaged products are output through the conveyor belt
