Complete Production Line Composition

The whole automatic packaging production line consists of three core supporting equipment, realizing fully unmanned automatic operation from material feeding, weighing, conveying to finished product packaging, with compact structure and smooth docking of each link:

1. 14-Head Belt Weigher

Equipped with a high-precision 14-head belt-type combined weigher, specially optimized for irregular, fragile, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Different from traditional bucket weighing equipment, the belt feeding method realizes gentle material conveying, effectively avoiding extrusion and damage to fragile fresh produce. With intelligent weight calculation and automatic splitting technology, it achieves ultra-high weighing accuracy and fast grouping and weighing speed. 2. Bowl-Type Elevator Feeder

The customized bowl-type lifting conveyor is matched with the 14-head weigher to realize continuous and uniform automatic material feeding. The bowl-type material holding structure is designed according to the characteristics of fruits and vegetables, which can stably carry scattered and granular fresh materials without slipping or material leakage. The lifting speed is adjustable intelligently, which can automatically match the weighing and packaging speed of the whole line, effectively avoiding material accumulation or feeding interruption. The fully sealed structure prevents dust and impurities from entering, ensuring the cleanliness of materials and meeting the high hygiene requirements of fresh food production.

3. Multi-Station Rotary Pouch Packaging Machine (With Liquid Injection Station)

The core host of the production line is a multi-station rotary pre-made pouch packaging machine, which supports automatic bag picking, bag opening, filling, sealing, and finished product output. Different from ordinary packaging machines, this model is specially equipped with an independent liquid injection working station, which can quantitatively inject fresh-keeping liquid, sterile water, seasoning liquid, and food preservatives into packaged fruits and vegetables. It realizes synchronous completion of solid material filling and liquid adding in one machine, greatly improving the fresh-keeping effect of packaged products.

The multi-station rotary design greatly improves packaging efficiency, realizing continuous cyclic operation without stopping. It supports multiple bag types such as flat bags, stand-up bags, and zipper bags, with strong production flexibility to meet diversified packaging needs of customers.
