Standard Workflow
·Shredded beets are put into the screw feeding machine, which realizes uniform, stable and anti-bridging feeding through the screw structure, avoiding material caking and ensuring continuous material supply.
·The vertical belt elevator gently carries the evenly fed shredded beets to the upper feeding hopper of the screw version multihead weigher, with no material entanglement or damage during conveying.
·The 14 head 2.5L screw version multihead weigher completes high-precision quantitative weighing of shredded beets according to the preset filling parameters, specially optimized for high-viscosity filamentous materials.
