·Small-size fruits are evenly fed by the independent vibrating & feeding machine, then gently conveyed to the upper feeding hopper of the multihead weigher via the PP chain belt elevator, with zero violent impact to protect fruit integrity.
·The multihead weigher completes high-precision quantitative weighing according to the preset weight per box.
·The double-station box filling and cap tapping line automatically completes intelligent box dropping simultaneously; the weighed fruits are accurately filled into the plastic boxes, followed by automatic cap pressing and sealing.
