The 2.5L hopper volume adapts to a wide variety of material types. It completes high-precision quantitative combination weighing of coarse grain cereals and pre-blended materials from the 4-head linear weigher, ensuring final formula accuracy and uniform mixing of every single package.
Standard Automated Workflow
·Raw Material Feeding: Base cereal materials are fed into the Z-type bucket elevator with independent vibratory feeder, which realizes stable, dust-free conveying to the upstream feeding system. Meanwhile, formula-specific functional raw materials are batched by the 4-head linear weigher array.
·Precision Primary Batching & Pre-Blending: The 4-head linear weigher array completes independent high-precision quantitative weighing for each raw material according to the set formula, achieving accurate distribution of up to 10 different ingredients and completing primary pre-blending to ensure formula consistency.
