Standardized Automated Operation Flow
·Material Feeding: Operators pour 4 different materials into the 4 corresponding hoppers of the Z-type elevator respectively.
·Automatic Lifting & Feeding: The Z-type elevator lifts the 4 materials to the 4 independent feeding zones of the upper feed hopper of the 32-head multihead weigher in a closed and dust-free manner, realizing continuous and stable material supply for each weighing zone.
·Zoned Independent Quantitative Weighing: The 4 independent zones (A/B/C/D) of the 32-head multihead weigher complete high-precision quantitative weighing of the corresponding 4 materials respectively according to the preset formula parameters.
·Synchronous Discharging & Automatic Packaging: Through intelligent signal linkage with the vertical packaging machine, the multihead weigher receives the discharging request signal from the packaging machine, and the 4 zones discharge the weighed materials synchronously into the vertical packaging machine. The packaging machine then automatically completes the whole packaging process including bag forming, filling, sealing and coding.
·Finished Product Output: The sealed finished products are automatically transported out by the finished product conveyor for subsequent collection and processing.
