Standardized Automated Operation Flow

1. ·Manual Feeding: Operators manually load 5 different nut materials into the 4 sets of 3-head rotary linear weighers and 1 set of 14-head multihead weigher respectively.

2. ·Synchronous Quantitative Weighing & Discharging: The 4 sets of 3-head rotary linear weighers and 14-head multihead weigher independently and accurately weigh the 5 types of nut materials (Material A/B/C/D/E) respectively. After receiving the discharging request signal sent by the packaging machine, all weighers discharge the weighed materials into the packaging machine synchronously, to ensure the fixed mixing ratio of each bag.

3. ·Automatic Sealing & Finished Product Output: The packaging machine automatically completes the bag sealing process, and outputs finished mixed nut pouch products with complete packaging, consistent formula ratio and qualified sealing.
