·Material Loading & Formula Setting
The storage hopper of the 4-head linear weigher is divided into independent compartments, which can store 2 kinds of materials in one set of weigher, meaning 1 set of 4-head 0.5L linear weigher can work as 2 sets of 2-head linear weighers. It supports maximum 8 different products loaded into the hoppers at the same time. Operators can set weighing parameters, save them as independent recipes, and select the corresponding recipe with one click for production.
·Powder Quantitative Filling
The auger filler completes accurate quantitative filling of powder materials (such as milk powder) strictly according to the preset formula parameters, matching the production beat of the whole line.
·Desiccant Feeding & Material Collection
Operators pre-place desiccants on the dedicated conveying line manually to ensure continuous and stable desiccant supply for each station. The timing hopper will collect the weighed materials from the linear weigher and the auger filler synchronously, and match the desiccant feeding, to ensure that each bag contains the desiccant and materials with accurate weight and correct formula ratio.
·Synchronous Discharging & Automatic Packaging
The weighed materials and desiccant are temporarily stored in the timing hopper, waiting for the product release signal. After the rotary packaging machine sends the discharging request signal to the 4-head linear weigher and the whole system, the timing hopper will release the materials and desiccant into the packaging bag synchronously. The rotary packaging machine will then complete the whole packaging process automatically, and output qualified finished products.
