Standard Automated Workflow
·6 different types of chocolate beans are manually added into the corresponding independent bins of the vibrating feeders distributed on both sides of the 3 sets of 20-head multihead weighers. Each 20-head AB scale weigher independently weighs 2 types of materials, and 3 sets of weighers complete synchronous high-precision weighing of 6 types of materials in total.
·Underneath each multihead weigher, there are independent rejecting and storing hoppers, each hopper corresponds to 1/6 compartment of the chocolate gift box. Unqualified products with weight deviation are automatically rejected by the independent system, and qualified weighed materials are stored in the corresponding hopper accurately.
·The automatic carton dispenser automatically unfolds and places empty 6-compartment chocolate boxes onto the 3-station filling conveyor line. The conveyor line runs intermittently one compartment at a time, accurately conveying the boxes to the position directly under the corresponding storing hoppers of the 3 multihead weighers. The spacing between the 3 weighers is set as an integral multiple of the box compartment spacing, ensuring that all 6 compartments of the chocolate box are fully and accurately filled in sequence when the box passes under the 3 weighers.
·After the 6-compartment filling is completed, the filling conveyor line conveys the filled chocolate boxes to the automatic capping machine. The boxes pass through the capping machine continuously, and the automatic lid fastening and pressing process is completed fully automatically.
