Standard Production Workflow
·Operators manually add 4 types of materials (A/B/C/D) into the hoppers of the 4 corresponding Z-type elevators. The elevators lift the materials to the matched vibrating feeders, which uniformly and continuously transport the 4 materials to the separate quadrant feed hoppers of the multihead weigher.
·The 32-head multihead weigher performs high-precision independent weighing for the 4 materials according to the preset formula. The weighed 4 materials are automatically mixed evenly in the central collecting hopper. The mixed material then passes through the circular-type metal detector, where any metal foreign body is accurately detected and rejected, and qualified material enters the 520 high speed packaging machine for automatic bag forming, filling and sealing.
·The sealed finished products automatically slide into the Z-type finished product conveyor, and are transported to the subsequent collection station, completing the entire fully automated mixing, weighing and packaging production process.
