Standard Automated Production Workflow
·Automatic Feeding & Distribution: Baked long strip biscuits are transported by belt conveyor to the upper layer materials distributing and sorting device, then evenly fed into the feeding bins of the two customized multihead weighers respectively.
·Synchronized High-Precision Weighing: Two long strip material customized weighers perform synchronous weighing and metering. Each weigher completes weighing for 2 boxes of materials, realizing quantitative weighing for a total of 4 boxes at the same time, and the weight-qualified long strip biscuits are delivered to the downstream processing device.
·Material Orientation & Temporary Storage: The material sorting device vibrates the barrel to ensure all long strip biscuits are kept in a vertical shape. The bucket door opens, and the long biscuits are neatly arranged along the conveyor line direction at the exit gate. 4 boxes of materials are temporarily stored on the four material sorting conveyor belts, waiting for the unloading request signal from the box packaging machine.
·Automatic Box Feeding & Synchronous Loading: Two automatic box packaging machines deliver empty biscuit boxes from both ends to the middle, with 2 boxes supplied by each machine. After all 4 designated position sensors detect empty boxes, the pneumatic push plate pushes them into the box packaging machine. The built-in sensor detects the empty boxes and sends an unloading request signal. Then the gate of the material sorting conveyor line opens, and the long strip biscuits enter the upper hopper of the box packaging machine. After two layers of gentle vibration, the materials fall neatly into the boxes, completing simultaneous loading of 4 boxes.
·Automatic Capping & Final Sealing: The biscuit-filled boxes are transported to the automatic capping machine via the conveyor line. After 4 boxes are detected in place, the machine completes cap suction and pressing synchronously. The boxes then move to the backend plastic sealing film machine, finishing the final tamper-proof plastic film sealing process.
