Automated Production Workflow
·Chrysanthemum materials are manually added to the vibrating feeder bin, then conveyed to the upper feed hopper of the multihead weigher via the fully enclosed inclined elevator.
·The multihead weigher completes high-precision quantitative weighing of 20g chrysanthemum, and dispenses the weighed product into the temporary storage hopper, ready for on-demand discharge.
·The automatic bottle sorting machine delivers empty bottles to the infeed section of the conveyor line for the filling and tare reweighing unit. The bottle lifting device lifts empty bottles onto the reweighing scale for tare zero setting, then lifts the bottles again and sends a material request signal to the weigher.
·The temporary storage hopper discharges, and the pre-weighed chrysanthemum is filled into the empty bottle. The filled bottle is then lowered back onto the scale for reweighing verification.
