Product Description
The High Precision Online Check Weigher is specifically engineered for high-speed fully automated packaging lines (e.g., food, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods lines), designed to ensure weight compliance of finished packages. When overweight or underweight products are detected, it triggers three linked actions: 1) temporary automatic conveyor stop (to prevent defective products from entering downstream processes); 2) audible and visual alarms (to alert operators promptly); 3) display of real-time weight data on the integrated touch screen (for quick fault analysis). The system then automatically resumes normal operation immediately after substandard products are manually removed or cleared via an optional automatic rejection device.
Key features include:
Equipped with high-sensitivity dynamic load cells, it achieves ±0.05g inspection accuracy—ideal for lightweight packages (5–500g) such as liquid nutrient sachets, powdered coffee bags, or small pharmaceutical pouches. It detects micro-leakages (≥0.1ml liquid loss or ≥0.03g powder seepage) that static inspection misses, eliminating hidden quality risks in finished products.
Multi-Defect Identification:
1、Overweight/underweight (deviations from set weight ±1%);
2、Leakage (for liquid/semi-liquid products like sauce packets);
3、Missing parts (for kits with accessories, e.g., medicine + instruction leaflets).
4、It triggers real-time alerts for each defect type, enabling targeted troubleshooting.
Eliminates the limitations of manual sampling (e.g., 1% sampling rate misses most defects). It inspects every package at line speeds up to 120 bags/min, ensuring no non-compliant products enter the market—reducing recall risks and protecting brand reputation.
Supports stepless speed adjustment (0.5–3 m/s) via a VFD system, matching the pace of upstream packaging machines (e.g., VFFS, multi-column packers). It allows quick parameter switching (≤1 minute) between product types, avoiding long line stoppages during format changes.
Automatically logs defect data (type, count, time) and generates quality reports. This enables traceability of quality issues (e.g., frequent underweight from filling machine errors) and helps optimize upstream processes—lowering overall defect rates by 80% compared to manual inspection.
Replaces 2–3 manual quality inspectors (who typically handle 500–800 packages/hour). It also eliminates labor for manual defective sorting, cutting annual labor costs by 30–40% while improving inspection consistency (no human error from fatigue).
Offers an optional pneumatic automatic rejection device (or mechanical flip plate) with 100% ejection accuracy. It adapts to package sizes (width 50–200mm, height 10–80mm) and avoids jamming, ensuring seamless integration into high-speed lines without disrupting workflow.
