The automatic tea weighing and packaging production line is a customized all-in-one packaging solution for tea and various small granular materials. Adopting a modular integrated design, the system realizes fully automatic operations including feeding, lifting, precise weighing and bag packaging. The production line adopts standardized modular units with precise linkage and coordinated operation. It features strong compatibility, low failure rate and convenient daily maintenance. The complete system configuration is as follows:

• Vibrating Feeder: Equipped with an independent and adjustable vibration structure to deliver materials continuously and evenly. It effectively prevents clogging, accumulation and material blockage of fine granules, ensuring stable and consistent feeding for subsequent processes.

• Z-type Bucket Elevator: Features a smooth bucket conveying structure that lifts materials vertically without spilling or damaging materials. It can accurately connect upstream and downstream procedures and adjust lifting height and feeding speed flexibly to match the feeding requirements of the multi-head weigher.

• 16-Head 3-Layer 05 Bucket Combination Weigher: Serving as the core weighing unit, it adopts multi-bucket memory batching technology and multi-channel synchronous weighing. It delivers high-precision and high-speed quantitative batching, perfectly adapting to small-weight and high-precision packaging requirements for granular materials.

• 320 Vertical Packaging Machine: Automatically completes the whole packaging process including bag forming, material filling, sealing, cutting and finished product output. It ensures flat and firm sealing, neat package appearance and standardized bag packaging production.

Working Process

The production line features tightly connected procedures and fully automatic closed-loop operation. The detailed working flow is as follows:

1. Automatic Feeding:

   The independent vibrating feeder delivers fine granular materials such as tea leaves continuously and stably through uniform high-frequency vibration, avoiding material accumulation and interruption to ensure stable production continuity.

2. Material Lifting:

   The Z-type bucket elevator receives and lifts materials vertically to the feeding height of the combination weigher with uniform speed. It perfectly matches the rhythm of the weighing process without material spilling and waste.

3. Precision Quantitative Weighing:

   The high-speed 16-head 3-layer combination weigher performs intelligent batching and quantitative weighing via advanced multi-bucket memory technology. It completes accurate metering rapidly and outputs qualified weighed materials stably at high speed.

4. Automatic Packaging & Forming:

   The 320 vertical packaging machine receives weighed materials and automatically completes bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting and finished product conveying. With tight sealing and standard packaging appearance, it outputs qualified finished bags efficiently.
