After attending RosUpack in Russia in June, LEESOLU returned to Moscow just a few months later for AGROPRODMASH 2026, one of Russia’s major exhibitions for food processing and packaging technology.
From September 29 to October 2, 2026, we exhibited at Hall 3, Booth 15C206, with a clear focus: connecting with local pet food manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners and exploring opportunities in the Russian pet food weighing and packaging market.
Returning to Russia twice within just a few months was not a coincidence. It reflects LEESOLU’s long-term commitment to understanding the local market and providing reliable weighing, packaging, and conveying solutions for pet food and other food processing applications.
A Clearer Focus After Returning to Moscow
Long flights, customs procedures, and exhibition preparation made the journey demanding. But when we arrived at the exhibition center and began setting up the booth, the feeling was different from our previous visit to RosUpack.
At RosUpack, our main goal was to explore the market and introduce LEESOLU to potential customers.
At AGROPRODMASH 2026, our objectives were much more specific.
We wanted to:
Connect with Russian pet food manufacturers and distributors
Understand the current demand for pet food weighing and packaging equipment
Introduce our multihead weighing and packaging solutions
Explore opportunities for complete weighing, packaging, and conveyor lines
Learn more about customers’ requirements for equipment maintenance, spare parts, and local support
This more focused approach allowed us to have deeper conversations with the market.
What We Heard from Russian Pet Food Manufacturers
During the exhibition, we met many local distributors, factory owners, and food processing professionals.
One thing became increasingly clear: the Russian pet food market continues to create demand for production automation and equipment upgrades.
Some established manufacturers are looking to replace or upgrade older equipment. At the same time, new production facilities are looking for reliable multihead weighers, automatic packaging machines, conveyors, and integrated packaging lines.
Visitors were particularly interested in practical questions:
What production capacity can the line achieve?
How stable is the weighing accuracy?
How easy is the equipment to clean and maintain?
How quickly can spare parts be supplied?
What kind of technical support is available after installation?
These conversations were valuable because they went beyond simply discussing machine specifications. They gave us a clearer understanding of the real challenges faced by local manufacturers.
When these systems work together, manufacturers can better manage production speed, weighing accuracy, product flow, packaging consistency, and overall line efficiency.
This is also where LEESOLU sees an opportunity.
As a weighing, packaging, and conveying equipment manufacturer, we can develop equipment around the customer's actual production requirements instead of treating each machine as an isolated product.
Competitive Equipment with Practical Value
We also met customers who had previously compared European packaging equipment.
Many of them recognized the stability and functionality of LEESOLU equipment while also seeing the potential cost advantage.
For manufacturers evaluating new pet food packaging equipment, the initial machine price is only one consideration. Production stability, maintenance requirements, spare parts availability, technical support, and long-term operating costs can all affect the actual return on investment.
At the same time, we understand that the Russian market has its own challenges.
Customers place significant importance on delivery time, after-sales service, spare parts, and technical support. Building confidence in these areas requires more than a single conversation at an exhibition. It requires continuous communication and long-term market support.
More Than Collecting Leads
After attending two exhibitions in Russia within the same year, we have gained a deeper understanding of what it takes to develop an overseas market.
An exhibition is rarely about simply collecting business cards or generating inquiries.
For LEESOLU, AGROPRODMASH 2026 was an opportunity to:
Listen to real customer requirements
Understand the challenges facing Russian pet food production
Meet potential local distributors and partners
Compare market expectations with our existing solutions
Build relationships with manufacturers
Strengthen LEESOLU’s presence in the Russian market
Most importantly, we want customers to remember what LEESOLU stands for:
Not just a machine supplier, but a complete weighing, packaging, and conveying solution provider.
Looking Ahead: Building the Russian Market Step by Step
When the exhibition ended and we began dismantling the booth, we were tired after several days of intensive customer meetings—but also satisfied.
AGROPRODMASH 2026 was not the destination. It was another step in LEESOLU’s long-term development across the Russian and broader Eurasian food processing and packaging markets.
The next step is even more important: following up with the customers and distributors we met, organizing their technical requirements, developing suitable solutions, and turning exhibition conversations into practical cooperation.
We believe that successful international business is built step by step.
For LEESOLU, that means continuing to listen to the market, improving our pet food weighing and packaging solutions, strengthening local partnerships, and creating reliable automation systems for food manufacturers around the world.
Automated mesh bagging extends produce shelf life by providing vital airflow. Upgrading your line slashes labor costs, stops product giveaway, and maximizes daily output.
Dust-controlled powder fillers use vacuum extraction and servo-driven augers to package fine materials. These automated systems prevent waste, ensure safety, and maximize ROI.
Horizontal packaging machines use lateral movement to safely package solids, powders, and liquids. These systems ensure leak-proof seals, cut labor costs, and maximize your ROI.
