Standard Automated Workflow
·Container Loading & Sauce Filling: Workers place empty square containers on the stations of the filling conveyor. The conveyor rotates one station distance at a time, delivering the empty container to the sauce filling station. The sensor detects the container and sends a trigger signal, and the sauce filling pump completes precise quantitative butter sauce perfusion.
·Precision Pepper Weighing & Filling: The container is transferred to the pepper filling station, positioned directly under the discharge port of the 10-head multihead weigher.
