·Synchronized Lifting & Combination Weighing: The three ABC elevators operate simultaneously, lifting materials into the upper hoppers of three 14-head mixing multihead weighers. Weighers A and C complete quantitative weighing first, then send data to weigher B. Weigher B adjusts the weight of color B to ensure the total weight of A+B+C meets the target range.
·Discharging & Manual Packaging: The combined three-color cereal bags are discharged through the chute. Workers perform manual bagging and sealing to complete the packaging process.
