Working Principle & Process Flow

Bulk plastic parts are evenly transported to the high-angle inclined elevator through the horizontal feeding conveyor. After height lifting and material conveying by the elevator, the materials are evenly distributed to the 14-head combination weigher. The weigher performs high-precision weighing and quantitative matching according to the set 100-piece standard. After the quantitative matching is completed, the materials fall into the 620 vertical packaging machine. The packaging machine completes automatic bag making, filling, sealing and cutting to form finished packaging bags. Finally, the finished products are output through the finished product conveyor to complete the whole automated packaging process.
